Once the said order is dispatched to you, the said order can neither be cancelled nor changed by you. In case of returns, the product must be unopened and in the same condition as it was dispatched.

We shall not be accepting returns of products which are consumed or once opened.

In case of receiving a damaged product, you can contact TheGoodFeel's Customer care team within 3 days of receiving the product.

If you receive a damaged product, then the refund will only be processed once we have received the damaged goods (3-5 business days).

The mode of refund for all orders will be an online bank transfer.

Partial Payment Non-Refundable Policy:
By making a partial payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that such payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products and services where partial payments are accepted.

TheGoodFeel shall handle the logistics of the delivery of the products ordered by you.

At the time of placing your order, depending on your place of residence, an estimated time of delivery( 3- 10 business days) would be shared with you along with the consignment number for tracking the status of your order.

All TheGoodFeel orders are dispatched within 7 days of you placing an order.

Please note that TheGoodFeel will try its level best to make sure that you receive your order as fast as possible but due to certain external circumstances, your order might take a while longer to get delivered.

TheGoodFeel will take responsibility of your order, if the order has been shipped to any of the major cities (metros) where we use Best available Courier Partners based on their TAT and performance like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom, Ekart, etc to ship your order.

• Without limiting the generality of Clause 11 (Cancellations, Refunds and Returns), if a product/ service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, The Good Feel shall have the right, at it sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service already been availed by you.
